Best auto-apply tools in 2026

The best auto-apply app depends on what you want it to do, so this page groups the main ones by who submits the application, what they cost and what they tailor. Salvo is a free-to-start AI app that applies to jobs for you, rewrites your resume for each job and preps you for interviews.

How we grouped them

Nobody can say which auto-apply app is best for everybody, so this page doesn't try. We picked five things that change your week: who submits the application, if there's a free start, if the resume is tailored for each job, if interview prep is included, and what it costs.

Every competitor fact comes from the product's own site, fetched on 2026-10-05. Where a site doesn't say, we write "not stated on their site" instead of guessing. Prices change, so check before you pay.

Apps that submit for you

Salvo. It finds jobs that fit rules you write, rewrites your resume for each job, applies for you, preps you for each interview and saves a submission receipt. It submits itself on Greenhouse, Workable and Ashby today, and more job sites are being added. That's a short list next to some rivals. Each user gets their own Salvo applicant email, and Salvo says it doesn't sell your data. See how Salvo applies and the security page.

Pricing is simple to say. It's free to start with no card, and your first 2 interview requests are free. After that, a Turbo plan keeps replies unlocked at $14 weekly, $39 monthly, $89 every 3 months or $299 yearly. There's a 7-day trial, a card is required for it, and you can cancel in one click.

JobCopilot. Fully automatic. It finds jobs and applies for you, up to 50 a day, and says it targets official employer career pages and skips job boards. Elite adds three copilots and per-application resume customization. It has an AI mock interviewer, a web app and a Chrome extension. A free trial isn't stated on their site, and neither are exact period totals or cancel terms. It suits someone who wants low per-day pricing and pure volume.

LoopCV. Auto-Apply runs from server-side scans, so it works while you're offline, and you can switch to One-Click Apply. When a job has no form, it can send an automated recruiter email. It covers LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and 30+ other boards (the homepage says 20+). Paid plans start at 9.99 EUR a month, refunds are offered within 7 days if under 10% of quota is used, and the free plan has no card and no time limit. It suits anyone who wants a free or cheap tier, blanket volume, or mock interviews and coaching. Exact caps per plan and a named ATS list aren't stated.

Massive. Autopilot applies for you to up to about 200 jobs a month, builds a custom resume and cover letter from each job description and lets you see what was sent. It has a visa-sponsorship filter. Price, trial, ATS list and interview prep aren't stated on its site. It suits someone who wants volume with no input and needs the visa filter.

Tsenta. It opens the form and submits after you approve the materials, and you can edit each tailored resume first. It names nineteen ATS platforms including Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, plus 50,000+ career pages. The first 25 applications are free. If you need Workday or Lever today, Tsenta suits you better than Salvo. More in Salvo vs Tsenta.

LazyApply. A Chrome extension that automates submission, billed yearly with a daily cap by plan, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. It lists Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter. It suits someone who wants high daily volume on a few sites at a flat annual price. See Salvo vs LazyApply.

AIApply. Auto Apply starts at $49 a month paid up front, and tailoring, cover letters and interview prep are separate add-ons. Its terms call Auto-Apply non-refundable once applications are submitted. The sums are on our AIApply comparison.

Apps that help but leave the click to you

Simplify. Free one-click autofill on a claimed 100,000+ career sites, a tracker, and tailored resumes in Simplify+. Auto-submit isn't stated. It suits someone who wants free autofill and likes pressing submit.

Jobright. A free plan with daily limits, tailored resumes and one-click autofill. The user submits. The paid price isn't stated on the pages we checked. See Salvo vs Jobright.

Huntr. A tracker with autofill and a free plan that covers tracking up to 100 jobs and 2 tailored resumes. Pro is $40 a month. It suits people who want to control each application by hand.

Teal. A tracker and resume builder with a free plan. It doesn't apply for you. It suits someone applying by hand who wants cheap resume tailoring.
