How we count interviews
The only total Salvo publishes is interviews with a real person, a recruiter or a hiring manager. We do not publish an application count or a success rate.
What counts
- An email or calendar invite from a person at the employer asking to schedule a call, screen or interview, or sending a scheduling link.
- For a job Salvo applied to for that person.
- One employer counts once, however many emails it sends.
What does not count
- Application receipts, "next steps" pages and auto-replies.
- Automated tests and one-way recorded video.
- Commission-only or pay-to-start positions.
- Test accounts. They are excluded.
Where the total comes from
A job on our own servers reads the employer emails that reach each person's Salvo address and the pre-launch records, sorts them with the rules above, and publishes one total about every 30 minutes. Every page reads that one total, so no page carries a typed-in count. Today's total: 185 interviews. Week by week, on the receipts page.
What this does not say
It does not say how many interviews turned into offers, and it does not promise you one. Outcomes vary.
