Common questions
How does the match score work?
It finds the words and two-word phrases the job post repeats most, after common words are taken out. Then it counts how many of those are in your resume.
Is a higher score always better?
No. Add a missing word only where it's true for you. A resume stuffed with words you can't back up hurts you in the interview.
Is my resume saved?
No. The check runs in your browser and nothing you paste is sent to Salvo or anyone else.
Can Salvo do this for every job?
Yes. Salvo writes a new resume for each job from your own experience and applies for you. It is free until your 2nd interview request.
