Getting paid

Monthly, once $50 has cleared

Each earning clears 60 days after the payment, so refunds and chargebacks come off first. Once your cleared balance reaches $50, it is paid by hand each month; smaller balances roll over and never expire. A refund that arrives after a payout comes off your next balance. US partners send a W-9 before the first payout.

For people who run a layoff or job-seeker group

Run a group for people who got laid off? You get 60% for two years.

If you admin a layoff group, an alumni network, a subreddit, a Slack, a Discord or a local job club, you get a bigger deal than our standard partners.

An example, not a promise

20 paying members is $588 a month

60% of the $49 monthly plan is $29.40. If 20 people from your group stay on it, that's $588 a month to you, for up to 24 months each. Sales tax is left out, and earnings clear 60 days after each payment.

Your members get something too: the group code gives them an extra free interview request, so you're handing out a perk, not pitching a product. Every other line in the terms below applies.

Terms

The whole deal, in one table

Who counts as yours	Someone who clicks your link and signs up within 90 days. The first partner link a person clicks counts; a later link does not replace it.

Refunds and chargebacks	Your share of a refunded or disputed payment comes off your balance, including after a payout.
Signups alone	Earn nothing. You are paid on money Salvo collects.
Not allowed	Signing up yourself or your household. Coupon, cashback or deal sites. Bidding on Salvo's name in search ads. Paying or rewarding people to sign up. Posting where a community's rules ban promotion. Spam.
If a rule is broken	Salvo ends the partnership and cancels earnings not yet paid.
What you see	Totals only. Salvo never shares the names, emails, resumes or activity of people you send.

Salvo can change these terms for new signups with 30 days' notice by email. People you already sent keep the terms they came in under.
