Every Salvo user already has their own link. Send it to someone who is job hunting. If they pay, you get 30% of each payment in their first 12 months, and your dashboard shows the count.
So far, employers have sent 296 interview requests after Salvo applied. Outcomes vary.
How it works
Three steps, no form
It's on the Referrals tab of your dashboard, and it looks like sendsalvo.com/r/your-name.
Send it to a friend, post it in a group or put it under your video. Say you get paid if they pay.
Your dashboard shows how many people signed up, how many are paying and what you've earned.
Terms
The whole deal, in one table

| Who counts as yours | Someone who opens your link and then signs up in that browser. One person counts for one link, and a later link doesn't replace it. |
| When it's paid | Each share clears 60 days after the payment, once that person has verified their mobile. Once $50 has cleared, Salvo pays you by hand each month. Email hello@sendsalvo.com to set up where it goes. |
| Refunds and chargebacks | Your share of a refunded or disputed payment comes off your balance, including after a payout. |
| Signups alone | No cash. You're paid on money Salvo collects. Each friend who adds a resume still gives you 1 extra free live interview request. |
| Not allowed | Signing up yourself or your household. Coupon, cashback or deal sites. Bidding on Salvo's name in search ads. Paying people to sign up. Posting where a community's rules ban promotion. Spam. |
| If a rule is broken | Salvo ends your share and cancels earnings not yet paid. |
| What you see | Counts, dollar totals and a first name with a last initial. Salvo never shares the emails, resumes or activity of people you send. |
| What to tell people | Only what you've seen yourself, and that you get paid if they pay. The FTC requires that second part. |
Salvo can change these terms for new signups with 30 days' notice by email. People you already sent keep the terms they came in under.
