How to use auto-apply safely
Safe auto-apply should use only truthful candidate information, verify that each role is live, stay inside narrow customer-approved constraints, stop on uncertain questions, and keep a receipt for every submission.
Minimum controls
| Risk | Control | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong role | Approved titles, locations, salary floor, exclusions | Saved target profile |
| Invented qualification | Resume changes grounded in the uploaded resume | Before-and-after text |
| Closed posting | Check the employer posting before submission | Live posting URL |
| Unknown application answer | Pause for human review | Recorded exception |
| No audit trail | Keep the submission result | Dated receipt |
What Salvo does
Salvo combines automation with human supervision. It uses factual resumes, customer constraints, verified live roles, and application receipts. A customer can pause the search.
Limits
No process removes every form change or employer decision. Safe automation should fail closed when a required answer is uncertain. Salvo does not guarantee interviews or jobs.
