AIApply refund: what the terms say
AIApply publishes its refund rules in its Terms of Service. This page lays out the facts and links the source, so you can check them before you write to support.
What the terms say
| Situation | What the terms say1 |
|---|---|
| General rule | Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or the service terms say otherwise. |
| Support first | You contact support and give them a reasonable chance to fix the problem before a refund is considered. |
| Technical problem | A refund may be granted for a reproducible, verified technical issue that blocks proper use. You supply evidence such as screenshots and steps. |
| Accidental purchase | A refund may be granted if you report it within 30 minutes of the charge and there has been no meaningful use. |
| Renewal | Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds for renewed subscriptions are generally not available. |
| Auto-Apply | Called a non-refundable product. No refunds after applications have been submitted. Problems with applications go to support for a case-by-case look. |
Before you ask
- Find your renewal date in Settings, Billing, and cancel before it. Invoices and the plan sit in AIApply's Stripe billing portal, per its help center.
- Write to support first and keep the reply. The terms put support before any refund.
- If you paid by card and the charge is wrong, your card issuer has its own dispute process. Salvo does not give legal or financial advice, so check the terms that apply where you live.
How Salvo handles this
Salvo charges nothing until your 2nd verified interview, so there is no up-front payment to get back. You can pause or stop at any time. See the pricing page and Terms.
Sources and limits
AIApply prices are the ones shown at its Auto Apply checkout in the US on 2 October 2026, plus its help center and terms as linked. AIApply can change them, so check its pages before you decide. Salvo facts are on our pricing page, how we count and receipts pages. Neither service can promise you an interview or a job. Salvo does not use countdown timers, fake scarcity or "limited spots" lines on any page.
